Please use the form below to order your pet’s medication or food for collection from your local branch. Our Client Care team will be in touch when your products are ready for collection – please be advised we generally have a 48-hour dispensing policy, so bear this in mind for reorders.
In line with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons guidelines regarding the dispensing of veterinary medications, our Client Care team are asked to ensure that animals requiring repeat prescriptions over long periods are re-examined on a regular basis, typically every three to four months. If your pet is due for a repeat prescription follow up appointment, our team will be in touch to let you know. There will be a consultation fee at each appointment, in addition to the cost of the medication.
Written prescriptions are available for prescription only medications. A charge will be made for each product requiring a prescription if this is requested. Under UK law, prescriptions must be presented to a registered pharmacist, who may not have the required medication to hand and may have to order them for you. Please ensure you allow sufficient additional time for this when placing your reorder.
